Response times
How fast can you get here?
Response time depends on your location, current weather, road conditions, and how many active jobs are running, and we would rather give you an honest window on the phone than a marketing promise here.
As a general guide: core metro locations in Johnson County, Kansas City, and eastern Jackson County are usually the fastest. Outer communities like Lawrence, Topeka, St. Joseph, and Warrensburg add drive time but are well within our normal service range. Regional storm events are the exception. When a system hits the whole metro at once, everyone's response times stretch, ours included. Calling early in an event matters more than usual.
Not sure if we cover you?
Call 1-888-379-6880 or (816) 379-6887 and tell us the property address. If it is outside our range, we will tell you directly rather than sending a crew that cannot get there in time.
Water damage anywhere in the Kansas City region?
We dispatch across eastern Kansas and western Missouri, 24 hours a day. Call now or send your property details for a free assessment.
